Fabian received a BA in Economics and an MA in Marketing & Communication from the Berlin University of the Arts before going on to a position as marketing director for an international news network based in Berlin, Germany. Later he served as Executive Producer and COO of the media company Doro Media AG based in Vienna, overseeing a 100+ staff and the company’s expansion into Germany, the UK and the USA. While acquiring and starting new media companies in the world’s media hot spots, Fabian was elected President of the German National Producers Association.

While working as a media executive Fabian began developing properties in Berlin and Prague. He also compiled a sizable real estate development portfolio located in the heart of Berlin’s Historic Core. Over the next few years, Fabian would redevelop in this special place over 50,000 sqft of prime mixed-use real estate.

After more than a decade of real estate development in Europe, Fabian founded the Modern Life brand in 2006 to focus on his US based business. With the opportunities of a dynamic market and the focus on the Los Angeles Westside Fabian acquired a bold portfolio and is now well positioned for future growth. Today he is president and CEO of Modern Life INC.
